Our Policies, Including Pet Friendly Policies

We want you to think of this as your home during your stay.

The housekeeping staff will not enter your Chalet during your stay unless requested. If you need fresh towels or any paper products please come to the office.

There’s a basket of goodies in your chalet to help get you through your first night. Please arrange to have your own coffee etc… for the duration of your stay.

Please help yourself to any movies, books, or games located in the office. These are loaned out on the honor system so please return them or leave them in your chalet when you check out.

The office is open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm every day. If you have any issues and need the managers after these hours please knock on the door east of the office.

If you are not taking your recyclables with you when you leave please put them in the trashcan outside your door as we have no recyclable service in Otter Rock

If you are in need of an iron and ironing board while you are here there is one for your use in the office as well as blow dryers.

THE KITCHEN IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF YOUR CHALET RENTAL WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT DISHES BE WASHED, DRIED AND REPLACED AS FOUND. A CLEANING CHARGE OF $25.00 MINIMUM WILL BE ASSESSED IF OUR HOUSEKEEPERS NEED TO DO YOUR DISHES AND/OR HAS A MAJOR CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR STAY.

Before guests check in, and after they check out, an inventory is taken of the room-guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.

All rates double occupancy, additional persons $10 each per day.
10% local room tax will be added.
2 night minimum during the summer. 2 night minimum on all major holidays and spring break. 3 night minimum on Thanksgiving.
All rates subject to change without notice.
No crab cooking in any of our units.
All units are non smoking.
All units are pet friendly. Pets charged @ $10 per pet per night. Pets must be leashed on the immediate premises. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet indoors and outdoors.
Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
In order to maintain our low prices we are very strict about cancellations. 14 day notice required for all cancellations for any reason including weather, emergency, etc... A cancellation fee equaling one night in the unit reserved will otherwise be assessed regardless of how far in advance the reservation was made.
One designated parking spot per unit. Parking is limited. If you have more than 1 vehicle please arrange for extra parking at time of booking.
Late arrivals should be arranged at time of booking.
A $5.00 per day fee is charged if friends sleeping at the Beverly Beach campground, camping on the beach, or staying at another property are using our facilities. This includes the park and beach access.

CRAB COOKING

Please DO NOT cook crab in the chalets. Crab cooking in the chalet will cause the chalet to be closed down for approximately 4 days to air out the smell.

Pet Policy

We are pleased to have your family pet join you in your stay here.
In order to remain a pet friendly place we ask for your cooperation in following the pet regulations designed to make your stay, as well as others, more enjoyable.

Pets must be house trained. When walking your pet on property, please be considerate of other guests and clean up after your pet. We supply bags for disposal located in front of managers apartment and on the trail along side the park
Pets must be leashed at all times while on the Alpine Chalets property. Even friendly pets can scare children and other pets.
In consideration of all Alpine Chalets guests, pets must be attended at all times. Pets should never be left alone in a room or vehicle.
Please keep pets off of the furniture or get sheets from the office to cover the furniture.
Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by a pet to Alpine Chalet property.
If you take your pet to the beach, towels for your pet are available in the front office. Please don’t use the towels from your chalet.
