The Alpine Chalets are located about halfway between Depoe Bay and Newport on state highway 101 south of mile marker 132. From the Portland airport take I-205 south to I-5, then take I-5 south to Salem. At Salem, exit I-5 at the "Ocean Beaches" exit and follow the signs to highway 22 west. Take highway 22 west to highway 18. Then take highway 18 to highway 101. Follow highway 101 south through Lincoln City and through Depoe Bay. Exit hiway 101 at Otter Rock (just past mile marker 132) and follow the Alpine Chalets signs.
